Refund policy
Your happiness matters. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@getelorie.com. For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging. If a product arrives damaged, or you have a genuine concern about results, reach out and our team will help with a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
